In the scorching desert town of Snowfield, Nevada, a new and mysterious Holy Grail War is unfolding. Mages from around the world have gathered to summon their respective Servants, legendary heroes from myth and history, to fight on their behalf. But this war seems to be shrouded in an aura of deception. The ritual used to summon the Servants appears to have been influenced by data from a previous Grail War, causing bizarre occurrences to plague the conflict.

Unbeknownst to most participants, a separate and more sinister battle is taking place, hidden from the prying eyes of the world. A group of seven true Servants has been summoned to fight in the genuine Holy Grail War, with one of them being a powerful Saber-class Servant who finds himself bound to Ayaka Sajou, his apparent master. As the war rages on, the lines between reality and illusion begin to blur, threatening to engulf Snowfield in a maelstrom of chaos.
