In the midst of ancient China's Warring States period, a former servant named Xin rises through the ranks with a singular ambition: to become the greatest general the world has ever known. As he fights alongside the ambitious King Ying Zheng of Qin, who seeks to unify the fractured nation and bring an end to the chaos, Xin leads his elite unit, the Fei Xin Force, into the fray.

With the influential Chancellor Buwei Lü's power waning, King Ying Zheng seizes the opportunity to lay the groundwork for a new, unified legal state, with the support of key allies like the cunning strategist Changping Jun and the brilliant legalist Li Si. As Qin launches a campaign to expand its territory by seizing new land from the state of Zhao, their advance is halted by the brilliant strategist, Li Mu. In response, Changping Jun devises a daring plan to bypass Zhao's defenses and strike at the strategic city of Gyou, near the heart of Zhao's capital.

A powerful coalition army is formed to execute this high-risk maneuver, led by the tactical masters Ou Sen, Kan Ki, and the warrior queen Yo Tan Wa. Joining them are the next generation of Qin commanders, including Xin's Fei Xin Force, Mou Ten's Gaku Ka Unit, and Ou Hon's Gyoku Hou Unit, each operating independently. The stage is set for a fierce battle at Gyou, as the fate of Qin's unification hangs precariously in the balance.
