As Takatoshi Tsuda begins his first day at the newly co-ed Ousai Private Academy, he's unexpectedly thrust into the role of student council vice president by its stern and studious president, Shino Amakusa. Despite his reluctance, Takatoshi finds himself joining a council comprised of eccentric members, each with their own unique brand of weirdness. There's Shino, who appears to be a paragon of virtue but harbors a secret obsession with the erotic; Aria Shichijou, the sheltered rich girl who's just as risqué as the president; and Suzu Hagimura, the treasurer with the body of a child and a crippling self-consciousness about it.

As Takatoshi navigates his new role, he's bombarded with a never-ending barrage of sexual innuendos and zany antics from his council colleagues. With his sanity constantly tested, Takatoshi must find a way to keep his wits about him and somehow manage the student council amidst the chaos. Will he be able to keep his cool, or will the madness drive him to the brink of insanity?
