About Yu Yu Hakusho: Ghost Files
In a shocking turn of events, delinquent teenager Yuusuke Urameshi makes a selfless decision that defies his troubled past, sacrificing his own life to save a young boy from a speeding car. The spirit realm, caught off guard by his heroism, is compelled to offer him a second chance. Koenma, the heir to the spirit throne, presents Yuusuke with a unique opportunity: complete a series of tasks to regain his life and become a Spirit Detective, tasked with eradicating malevolent entities that threaten humanity.
Guided by the enigmatic Botan, Yuusuke embarks on a perilous journey, accompanied by his former rival Kazuma Kuwabara and two demons with troubled histories, Hiei and Kurama. Together, they hone their skills and face formidable foes in a quest to protect the world from destruction. As they navigate the treacherous landscape of the spirit realm, they must also confront their own dark pasts and the moral ambiguities of their newfound roles.
